In the back of my mind while I’m photographing you, whether that’s for your engagement session, family photos, or wedding, is that I’m capturing a memory. One day these moments will be long gone, and I want you to be able to look back and remember it all, exactly the way it felt. Because of this, I want our time together to be real, not a staged photoshoot. When you look back through your photos in the years to come, I don’t want you to see a string of poses. I want you to remember the time you got tacos mid-shoot because you were starving, or the time you sipped on baileys while you waited for the sun to come up, or when you chased your littles through the sprinkler on a summer afternoon. These are the moments and the photos I’m after — you being completely you, with the people you love, in the places you love.

So, you won’t find me prom-posing you, telling you where exactly to put your hands, or how to touch, because I want your experience to be authentic, and for your photos to feel like you. If I meddle too much and tell you how to interact, you’ll look back on your photos and all you’ll remember is “that was when Alyssa told us to kiss like that,” rather than “that is exactly how it feels when my they hold me.”

  • Get in touch through the contact form here and I’ll get back to you asap! We’ll hop on a call & you can tell me all about how you envision your day or session taking place.

  • You’ll choose a package and confirm your booking with a signed contract & 30% retainer. I’ll send over my wedding or session guide and we'll move into planning!

  • Your day is here! I’ll show up fresh eyed with all of my gear, ready to photograph everything as it happens. You’ll have the best day ever and I’ll be there to capture it all.

  • I’ll send you sneak peaks within 48 hours of your day because I know you’re dying to see how amazing you looked! Then, your final gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks.

  • [Alyssa] felt like an old friend attending our wedding, she was the ultimate hype girl (especially needed for carrying some postpartum self-consciousnesses), and on a professional level she blended in so well during the ceremony you hardly knew she was there… For two people who aren't naturals in front of the camera she made us feel at ease, beautiful and she captured our love just exactly as it was felt that day.
